Angela is no stranger to panto or glitter and is really looking forward to jumping back into her fairy wings this festive season. After playing the part of the princess in her first two pantomimes, she decided to spread her wings as the fairy instead, creating the now much-loved The Geordie Fairy four years in a row.

After a short break from performing Angela joined Klass Productions in September
2024 for the show Rock of Ages at the Tyne Theatre, where she played the very
passionate hippy Regina Kootz. Previous roles have included Sandy in Grease, Kate
McGowan in Titanic, and as Sister Mary Robert in Sister Act when she fulfilled a
childhood dream of performing on the stage of the Theatre Royal in Newcastle.

Angela’s daughter was too young to remember the last time Angela played The
Geordie Fairy so she can’t wait for Nola (now 3) to come and feel the magic of panto and be able to see her Mammy perform again.
